Reinstall

gwabbit for Outlook

If you have already purchased gwabbit for Outlook and need to reinstall the application on a new PC, or on a PC that has been reimaged or upgraded, click on the button below that matches your version of Outlook.

When you click the reinstall button, depending on your browser, it will first give you the option to save or open the .msi file (installation wizard). On Firefox you have to save the file to your computer before running, on IE you can choose to Run or Save. If you Save the file, you then have to open the file from wherever you saved it to continue.

Once the file is open, Run the file and follow the prompts. When you are presented with a choice of radio buttons to indicate whether you want a free trial , or that you have already purchased the product, select the button to indicate you have purchased. Fill in your paid license key and licensed email address, and click "submit." The paid version of the product will download to your computer.

If you already have a trial version of gwabbit installed, but need to get your paid version of the product in place, go to the gwabbit toolbar in Outlook and click on the Options button, then the License Tab. Clear the fields then enter your paid license key and licensed email address in the appropriate fields. Press OK. Next, please close Outlook and wait a moment, then open it again. You should now have the full purchased version of gwabbit available in Outlook.
